Can I get my product personalized?
Yes, we do offer product personalization / customization. All options are outlined in our Store page, so you can find more detailed information on customization options there.
What percentage of proceeds are given to charities?
We donate 80% or more of all proceeds to the charitable organizations we support. The remaining proceeds are used for operational costs and R & D. Whenever a purchase is made, we provide a complete breakdown of the transaction in order to maintain transparency. We want to ensure that all of our supporters know exactly where their donations go.


Can I return my product?

Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
