Yes, we’re always open to partnering with new charities in the military and veteran sectors. Please submit the charity information within our contact form.
Can I get my product personalized?
Yes, we do offer product personalization / customization. All options are outlined in our Store page, so you can find more detailed information on customization options there.
What percentage of proceeds are given to charities?
We donate 80% or more of all proceeds to the charitable organizations we support. The remaining proceeds are used for operational costs and R & D. Whenever a purchase is made, we provide a complete breakdown of the transaction in order to maintain transparency. We want to ensure that all of our supporters know exactly where their donations go.

Can I return my product?
At Red Shirt Friday, our commitment is to deliver quality and value directly to you while supporting our mission. To maintain the best prices and allocate as much as possible towards our causes, we do not offer returns. However, we’re here to help you make the best choice before you buy. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
